WHAT TYPE OF STICKER PAPER DO YOU USE?
Our stickers are printed on matte, permanent adhesive paper and kiss cut for easy application.
    WHAT IS OUR CURRENT PROCESSING TIME?
    Our current processing time is 3-5 business days for stickers . During large sales, this timeframe may be extended.
      DO YOU HAVE ANY COUPONS?

        WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
        We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
          WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ORDER SHIPS?
          When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We ship using USPS.
            DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
            Yes. We ship and provide tracking for all international orders.
              DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
              Yes! Please email us at sales@birdsflystudios.com to inquire about a custom order.
                WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
                Since we are a small business (small, meaning at most 2 people!), sometimes we make mistakes. We hope that's not the case, but if it is, please contact us first and we will do our best to correct our mistake.
